These terms cover your use of binarysystems.io, kula.binarysystems.io, lendall.binarysystems.io and eclear.binarysystems.io, which are run by Binary Systems Limited, a private company registered in Zambia (company no. 120261057351), of L40 Chilonga Close, Chelston, Lusaka.

They do not cover the software or services we provide to clients, or the use of the KULA, LendAll or E-CLEAR apps. Those are covered by the written agreement or terms you accept when you work with us or sign up.

We keep these sites accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not an offer. Services, features and prices can change, and what we agree with you in writing takes priority over anything on them.
